On December 4, a telematic meeting was held to find out the status of the county project “Active and healthy aging, and dependence” with the participation of representatives of the Consell Comarcal del Garraf , coordinator of the project, the six town councils of the region, and the participating entities: Alt Penedès Garraf Health Consortium , Ave Maria Foundation of Sitges , Institute of Robotics for Addiction , the Polytechnic University of Catalonia and Neàpolis.
Next week, the Business Area of Vilanova i la Geltrú City Council, in collaboration with Neàpolis, is launching the autumn training cycle, with five free practical trainings for workers and small business owners. The courses that make up the Autumn Cycle want to provide practical tools that can be applied immediately. These are short trainings, to facilitate attendance, and all of them are free.
The “Vilanova” mobile phone application incorporates the “Today we don’t cook at home” campaign, in support of restaurants. From the App it is possible to consult the list of bars and restaurants in the city that have home delivery or takeaway service and contact the place chosen to place the order. In a comfortable and agile way, using common tools in our daily lives such as Whatsapp or web booking, it is possible to place orders.
